The Shift Leader role is an ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that Chick-fil-A customers have an amazing experience. The ideal team member:
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs, acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Chick-fil-A.
Contributes to a positive team environment.
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume and sets a positive example for the shift team.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

Both Front of House and Back of House positions available. Flexible scheduling works great with college students.
Opening and closing shifts required. Saturdays required.
