Front-of-House / Hospitality Manager

Chick-fil-A Bethany Home is seeking a developed, senior-level leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating a positive work culture. You’ll be communicating with, tracking, training, and coaching all Team Members and Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals.
FOH / Hospitality Manager must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The FOH / Hospitality Manager reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of the front-of-house. They will start in with in-house training, where the expectation is to learn the responsibilities before fully launching into the position.
Pay Type: Starting at up to $14-$17/hr

Requirements:
Experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant environment
Basic computer and iPad competency
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
Conducts coaching sessions meetings with Team members to invest in, develop, and grow the front-of-house team
Maintains positive working relationships and treats all employees with honor, dignity, and respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Collaborates with the leadership team to train new Team Members, and tracks their performance to ensure they’re equipped for success
Tracks employee performance and documents of policy/procedure violations, reporting information back to the executive leadership team as necessary
Consistently and creatively motivates Team Members to maintain our customer service scores
Ensures all shift tasks are completed according to the daily schedule
Correctly interprets the intentions of the weekly schedule and places Team Members in the positions most suited to their skills
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives
Maintains all front-of-house facilities, ensuring that it is clean and organized
Ensures that all equipment is being cleaned & maintained appropriately, and that safety & security procedures are being followed
Complete understanding of each key position in the front-of-house
Follows sanitation and food safety procedures
