The Director in Training role prepares participants for a senior leadership position in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Directors in Training:
Build relationships with our team while experiencing the various Drive-Thru, Kitchen and Front Counter positions in the restaurant
Learn culture and business fundamentals directly from the owner of a multi-million dollar organization
Make a mark on the business by completing a project that meets a significant need
Upon completion of training, candidates will take on a senior leadership role in a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Example areas of responsibility include: Drive-Thru Operations, Sales & Brand Growth, Hospitality, Back of House Operations, Training and People Systems, and Facilities & Financial Return. Directors in these areas:
Lead teams of Shift Leaders and Team Members with influence and excellence
Cast a vision for their area of responsibility and create a supporting business plan to gain results
Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with Shift Leaders to set goals and grow skills
Create, implement and hold the team accountable to systems that insure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards
Work hands-on, in Operations, with the team to coach and develop

Expectations of Candidates:
Must be 18+ years old.
Consistent Availability
Must be able to work 1 weeknight closing shift (10:30 PM) and 1 weekend closing shift (11:00 PM) minimum.
Availability on Fridays and Saturdays required.
Leadership experience a plus.
