Requirements:

Must be 18 or older

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a safe driving record

Drivers must have their own reliable vehicle

Must use a personal smartphone

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Positive attitude

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely preparation, and delivery of all Chick-fil-A Mobile Order and Catering orders

Participates with large catering order preparation in the kitchen

Thorough check of orders prior to leaving the restaurant

Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures

Enthusiastically distributes orders to businesses and homes

Seek opportunities to deliver an aspect of 2nd Mile Service on every order

Tracks inventory to ensure sufficient catering supplies are maintained and available for orders

Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
