Role Summary
This role has been created to foster an environment of excellence and create Raving Fans by executing all tenets of Second Mile Service (2MS), Operational Excellence (OE), and Creating Emotional Connections (EC) while offering assistance at a team member level to the marketing team.

Proactively pursue the certification process and look for opportunities to be cross-trained.
Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able work.
Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook and Marketing-specific guidelines.
Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
Requirements
Available to work a minimum of # hours per week
Be sure that guests are having a positive experience when dining at our restaurant.
Consistently represent our restaurant in a respectable light.
Continuously promote the restaurant by educating guests about upcoming events.
Assist in setting up and taking down decorations in the dining room for spirit nights
Sample products to guests on a weekly to monthly basis at the discretion of the Marketing Director.
Check in with guests at tables every 15 minutes or as needed
Refresh beverages and clear trays for guests
Socialize with guests and assist them with finding a table
Deliver large orders to the car for high needs guests when needed
Offer balloons, cows, and any approved marketing gifts to children during events at the discretion of the Marketing Director
Assist in keeping the condiment stands stocked
Assist with bathroom checks
Make sure that Cow is placed back in the correct storage space after each event.
Assist with any additional lobby clean ups
Ask questions if something isn’t clear.
