As a Delivery Driver, you will play an integral role in creating an exceptional Guest Experience at Chick-fil-A Cedar Hills Blvd. Your main priority will be to drive the guest orders to their locations, helping us deliver on our strategy - providing Quality Food, with Fast and Accurate Service and Genuine Hospitality. While not actively delivering, you will be expected to work as a Team Member in the restaurant Front of the House team in the capacity of stocking, cleaning, running orders, and performing other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid drivers license, automobile insurance and vehicle registration 

• Minimum of 2 years driving experience 

• Desire to take initiative, passion for service, strong work ethic, a love for people, focus on quality and attention to detail

• Available to work most Saturdays

• Willing to use own reliable means of transportation for deliveries, if needed 

• Successfully passed background check 

• Clean driving record with no traffic violations 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Exemplifies Chick-fil-A customer service 

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities 

• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferred

• Highly responsible & reliable 

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

• Desire to help the rest of the Team when not actively driving deliveries

• Able to download needed delivery apps on personal mobile device

• Works the scheduled shifts and arrives on time every shift 

• Arrives for shift in full uniform: shirt, pants, belt, non-skid shoes & nametag

• Willing to ask questions when questions arise or when help is needed 

• Keeps a sense of urgency while working but never makes a guest feel rushed 

• Keeps car clean, orderly and organized 

• When not delivering, stays busy with stocking cleaning and running orders in the store and contacts shift lead for additional tasks
