STARTING WAGE: $15

STATUS: Part time to full time

SUMMARY:

The Opening Team Member MUST be available to work as early as 6:00 AM and help with the  preparation of opening the restaurant. Requirement of 18 years of age or older is necessary for this position. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Chick-fil-A, Central Riverside
• Come in ready and on time to work at 6:00 AM 
• Interact with guests to provide friendly and accurate service
• Communicate with guests regarding orders and comments
• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure orders are out in a timely manner
• Reliable and consistent with a positive attitude
• Distribute food, beverages, or desserts to customers

YOU'RE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

• Are a team player
• Speak enthusiastically 
• Are helpful with others and love to serve
• Maintain good eye contact with guests
• Have prior customer service experience but NOT REQUIRED
• Are responsible and energetic

• Available to work as late as 11:00 Pm
• Prior experience is preferred, NOT REQUIRED
• Obtain or have a Riverside County Food Handler’s card
• Back of House: 18 years of age or older
