ROLE: Shift Leads    STARTING WAGE: $18

STATUS: Part time to full time

SUMMARY:

Shift leads oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant for either the Back or Front of house. Oversee up to 20 people on a shift and ensure operations are smooth, guests and team members are well taken care of, and shifts are handed off smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Chick-fil-A, Central Riverside.

• Train and coach a team of employees.

• Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to food safety regulations.

• Work closely with leadership to meet revenue objectives.

• Implement appropriate strategies to problem solve.

• Maintain safe working conditions.

• Follow Chick-fil-A policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.

• Required to lift heavy objects occasionally.

• Maintain a Riverside County Food Handler’s card or ServSafe.

• All other duties as assigned.
