JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team at our Chastain Square location. This is not your typical internship, here at Chick-fil-A Chastain Square, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a fun, happy, and energetic leadership team who are personally vested in your success. REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 or older.

• Preferably college students (Marketing and Communications majors), however, college enrollment is not a requirement.

• You must go through one week of onsite training. After that one week, you must work at least one opening/closing shift a month.

  • Opening 5am-2pm
  • Closing 2pm-11pm

• Shift schedule is Monday-Saturday.

• Shifts between 5:30am-11:00pm

• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

• Flexible work schedule

• Ability to multitask and take initiative.

• Hardworking and dedicated outlook

• Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally

• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a passion for marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with marketing campaign creation under the supervision of the marketing manager.

• Manage social media, create graphic content (design, and some video editing), and promote events.

• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.

• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

• Help organize, plan, and host marketing events.

• Utilize internal system - Spotlight - focused on store promotions and guest engagement

COMPENSATION: 

• Shifts worked are paid at $10/hour.
• You will receive a 250.00 completion bonus
• We will cover the tuition cost up to 200.00 for Marketing Certifications of your choice
• We will work to help satisfy any school internship credit and/or requirements

FLEXIBLE HOURS You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
