DESCRIPTION

FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS focus on providing quick, friendly and accurate service to our guests. Their roles may include front counter cashier, drive thru order taker, dining room host, and/or curbside mobile delivery. Front of House Team Members must:

• exhibit a positive attitude 
• value teamwork 
• be able to multitask 
• maintain speed under pressure

BACK OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS are responsible to produce high quality food with speed, precision, and accuracy. Kitchen positions may include food prep, cook, dish washer and more. Individuals who work back of house must: 

• value team work
• be able to adhere to the highest standards of quality and food safety
• thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments

Both Front and Back of House Team Members must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic required.
