Responsibilities:

• Washing and prepping produce and chicken for assembling our cold vegetable and fruit menu items
• Complying with all Chick-fil-A and food safety procedures
• Prioritizing time so that the workstation is appropriately stocked with base ingredients
• Using a thermometer and visual inspections to accept produce order deliveries
• Using the FIFO method to rotate produce so that none is wasted
• Keeping workstation and utensils clean, sanitized, and organized
• Preparing ingredients and menu items according to all recipes and guidelines
• Ensuring all ingredients and items are correctly labeled and dated at all times
• Washing dishes and emptying trash cans
• Taking a daily inventory and creating a produce order that ensures we do not run out of produce

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to use a ladder to retrieve boxes from storage spaces above your head
• Ability to safely cut produce
• Able to operate our can openers and our manual lettuce chopper
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for long shifts
• Able to operate our commercial dishwasher and hand-wash dishes
• Able to read screens and cheerfully and quickly prepare custom orders

Weekly day range: Monday through Saturday
