    A Marketing Summer Intern is an influencer in the restaurant who helps to activate marketing experiences for the restaurant and community. Requirements

    College Major: Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design

    Undergraduate classification: Junior or Senior

    GPA Requirement of 3.2 or above

    Previous Work Experience: 1-2 years

    Responsibilities

    Plan, activate, and analyze all marketing virtual/in-person events for the 2022 Summer Events Series

    Email and complete marketing post event surveys to provide analytical data to the leadership team

    Increase social media followership by 15% over 10 weeks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok by creating content for various social media platforms adhering to Chick-fil-A's Brand standards

    Plan social media content calendar to support business goals

    Create content that aligns with Chick-fil-A’s Visual Identity Standards (VIS) and Brand Guardrails

    Activate guest interaction via weekly social media updates and analyze data on various social media platforms

    Update Marketing Campaign POP to current promotions

    Keep track of and submit all catering/business travel mileage into Jolt for reimbursement purposes

    Attend all weekly intern class meetings and supervisor 1:1’s

    Learn and use Chick-fil-A technology: ZippyApp, Jolt, GroupMe, Inform, @CFA intranet, POS register, Google Docs, The Studio, CFA App, Social Media Publisher, and Spotlight

    In-Restaurant Responsibilities

    Maintain TMS bag/Catering area(s) cleanliness per rotation schedule

    Close 1 night a week

    Work 20 hours a week minimum in restaurant Operations

    Remain flexible due to COVID-19 adjustments

    In-Community Responsibilities

    Brand ambassador and relationship builder with local community members

    Identify and secure new catering guests or partners

    Support Marketing/Catering Supervisor initiatives (ex: Thank You Notes, CARES recovery, Talent Recruitment Events, Support Center Corporate Tour)

    Knowledge Share with guests regarding virtual catering assistant
