KEY ROLE: 

To be the driving force of food preparation, packaging and presentation meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards for food safety and quality.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be an ambassador of the Chick-fil-A brand and be professional in every aspect of performance
• Learn all aspects of Chick-fil-A food preparation & maintains a culture of food safety
• Ensure that the restaurant and food prep areas are properly cleaned, organized and safety standards are upheld consistently
• Be a willing team player and maintain cooperative working relationships with leadership and team members
• Model performance standards for all team members and work stations
• At all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellence
• Cold Prep – preparing and assembling menu items
• Breading – preparing and cooking chicken for entrees
• Boards – assembling and packaging food items
• Cleaning – maintaining cleanliness of prep areas

MUST BE:

• 16 years of age and older
