    At Chick-fil-A, the Brand Ambassador role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, Brand Ambassadors gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Please consider visiting your local Chick-fil-A restaurant if you'd like to learn more about the Brand Ambassador experience. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for:

    Building relationships and emotional connections within our community

    Work with schools to initiate partnerships with PTA’s, boosters, individual groups and teams to include Spirit Nights, on-site fundraising, team spirit events, reading programs, etc.

    Work with other local community organizations to establish and build our catering business as well as donations

    Work with Restaurant Marketing Director (RMD) to plan, organize and execute in-store events

    Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work on Events

    Ensure the cleanliness and hospitality of the dining room throughout lunch and during events

    Delivering a remarkable dining experience for all our guests

    Demonstrate behavior consistent with a positive image of Chick-fil-A Elmhurst, our mission and our values

    Additional Info:

    Minimum Age18 years old

    The Brand Ambassador should:

    Work a total of 20-25 hours per week.

    Work in the dining room of the restaurant 10-15 hours per week during peak lunch hours (usually 11:30-1:30 or 2pm)

    Available up to 10 hours per week for community meetings and/or events, including some evening and Saturday hours.

    Have existing relationships within the Elmhurst and/or Villa Park communities that can lead to growth of catering, donation opportunities and event partnerships

    Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of serving
