__Leadership Experiential and Education Program
L.E.E.P is a 24 to 30-month operations management and leadership experience designed to equip the next generations of operations leaders. During the program participants will work alongside seasoned business professionals while being empowered to leverage organizational resources to get incredible results. Participants will gain experience leading teams, controlling costs, manage systems and implement new processes while establishing a track record of achieving business results. Additionally, leaders will have a curriculum of leadership and management books to further equip them to lead themselves and their teams for years to come.

Requirements
Attending a 4-Year University in Senior Year or just graduated.
Full Time Availability (40+ hours)
Responsibilities
Lead team to meet organizational goals. Manage staffing by creating labor schedule. Lead weekly department meetings. Interview, hire and develop team members. Ensure execution of organization strategy. Ensure department meets all brand requirements. Ensure team members love their job.
Compensation
Hourly wage rate is between $22-$24.
