Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for strong, team-oriented leaders who can lead a team of 10-20 team members in our Front of House and Drive-Thru.

What to expect:
Our restaurant is a fast paced, high-output environment. We pride ourselves on our culture and how we care for our customers and our team. Our Front of House team is the face of Chick-fil-A and strives to provide excellent customer service to all our guests in the Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Mobile Ordering, and in the Dining Room. As a Front of House leader you would be responsible for our customer experience, for managing breaks, for overseeing the flow of orders as they move from the kitchen to our guests, and for counting and balancing cash drawers. If scheduled for closing shifts you would also be responsible for breaking down front of house equipment and resetting the front of house after the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. Our opening Team Leaders come in as early as 5:30am to set up and open the store.
Compensation:
$17.60/hr starting pay
This is a full time (30+ hour a week) job.
