Marketing Assistant - Fruitville Pike
Chick-fil-A Lancaster PA is seeking a marketing professional to assist with marketing and communications in alignment with our vision and values, and in support of our brand, sales, and talent strategies. The Marketing Manager works with the Marketing & Communications Director and other members of the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure best-in-class execution of sales and brand-building initiatives. The position also requires involvement in day-to-day operations, including serving as a Team Member at the restaurant.
Pay Type: $14-$16/hr
Position Type: Full-Time, must have open availability

Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
Basic computer competency
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior marketing experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
In-Restaurant Marketing - execution of campaigns and extended tactics including installing point-of-purchase materials, menu boards, messaging, sampling, technological and POS support, and ensuring team engagement in sales-driving plays
Digital Technology - ongoing management of platforms (including CFA mobile app and online and other digital and on-demand ordering methods); management of digital presence including active monitoring and responding to online dialogue and reviews
Social Media - promoting Chick-fil-A Lancaster PA on social media platforms according to set strategies, and actively monitoring activity
Community Events - involvement in planning, coordination and execution of various marketing and recruiting events and initiatives
Communication - handling of internal and external communications with a wide range of audiences including individual and customer segments, Chick-fil-A Support Center, vendors, digital, print and broadcast media, as well as internal company communication
In-Restaurant Operations Support - day-to-day involvement in restaurant operations
Required Skills:
Strong business acumen and professional communicator
Experience in a design program, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Publisher
Creative design and copywriting skills with ability to push creative/voice limits while in keeping with Chick-fil-A brand and visual identity standards
Experience working on sensitive communications issues with various audiences
Ability to gather and interpret marketing and sales analytics and draw sound strategies from data
Relationship-builder with all audiences, both internal and external
Outside sales and/or marketing experience is a plus
