    This is a posting designed for highly driven, goal-focused individuals who are looking for an opportunity for leadership experience and to grow into a leadership position with our team.

    Individuals in our in-store Leadership Development Program will begin their journey as a team member and be required to learn all of the operational requirements of the position of team member. One of the core values of our store is growth, and team members in our Leadership Development Program will have the same path for growth as all team members, but with more structure in their development and greater expectations.

    Members of our Leadership Development Program will be required to work through all of the development positions in our store. Promotion is achieved through completion of development checklists. This is an open-ended program and there is no guarantee for advancement to any certain level, but there is a 6 month minimum requirement to grow into the Shift Leader position, our entry level leadership position.

    Rookie - entry level team member ($11/hr with 32+hr availability) Starter - experienced team member ($12/hr with 32+hr availability) Coach - team member with operational excellence who is responsible for training ($13-$14/hr) Shift Leader - Leadership Level, manages shifts ($15-16/hr) Manager - Leadership Level, manages restaurant ($17-18/hr) Director - Executive Leadership Level, manages business ($19+/hr)

    Requirements include:

    -Flexibility and open availability

    -Effective communication skills

    -Ability to lead and delegate tasks

    -Ability to work in a team environment, hustle, and a maintain a positive attitude

    -Ability and willingness to work through a minimum 6-month development program

    -Physical requirements may include: standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, etc.
