We are looking for a reliable and hard-working prep cook.

Must be available mornings, nights, and weekends.

Must be willing and able to do the following duties:

Prepare salads, wraps, and other cold menu items

Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible

Correctly follow recipes measure ingredients and to be used in menu items

Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables and other ingredients

Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc.

Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.

Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
