Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry is looking for a dedicated Dining Room Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and ensure every guest feels like part of our Chick-fil-A family.

Needed Shift-Times 8-5pm; 11-5pm

Position: Dining Room Host Location: Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry Hours: Full-time, Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant

Manage the cleanliness of the restrooms

Assist guests with any needs they might have, also touching in with guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables

Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest service

Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests

Team player mentality and a desire to contribute to a positive work culture

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
