Compensation: At Chick-fil-A, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who show leadership potential for our restaurant. Starting pay breakdown:

Front of House Team Members Part-Time (under 32 hours/week): $16.50

Front of House Team Members Full-Time (32 hours +/week): $17.50

Requirements Year Round

• Available to work weekdays, and Saturdays.
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be at least 16yrs. old.
