DESCRIPTION. As a member of the Leadership Team, lead all aspects of executing Operational Excellence and delivering 2nd Mile Service. This position is critical to the strategic growth of the restaurant by developing trust with guests through meeting the Quality Requirements all day every day, and ensuring guests feel cared for by meeting 2nd Mile Service requirements, and going above and beyond expectations. A relentless approach to food safety and overall satisfaction contributes to promote One Vision, execute Our Mission, and embody the Core Values.
EXPECTATIONS.
Effectively lead the Team including peer leadership members, team leaders and team members.
Proactive understanding of all restaurant goals and planning.
Implement the effective usage of Jolt for opening, morning transition, afternoon transition, and closing procedures, weekly cleaning tasks, and labeling.
Generally open availability including Fridays and Saturdays.
Available to work until 8pm for a minimum of 3 nights per week.
Available to work opening at least 2 mornings per week and/or until close at least 2 nights per week.
Create REMARKable dining experiences for our guests through leading the front of house and back of house teams.
Constantly address food safety and OSat performance by ensuring the thorough completion of the SAFE Daily Critical and the weekly completion of the eRQA.
Implement Best Practices to help sustainably lower the food safety risk of the restaurant.
Assist in identifying and addressing ongoing training opportunities including new products, updated procedures, and equipment rollouts.
Assist with weekly schedule and positioning charts.
Ensure FOH and outside appearance consistently meets cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Ensure we are executing proper procedures in order preparation (Taste), hospitality (Create a Moment), fast service, order accuracy, and meal delivery by providing constant attentive and courteous service.
Participate in monthly leadership meetings.
Weekly average of 40-45 hours per week.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive pay - Hourly rate: Up to $18/hr depending on experience and qualifications
