We are seeking a Catering Representative to deliver catering orders, develop professional relationships with local businesses, and continue to drive catering sales. Requirements:
Must have open availability Monday-Saturday
Reliable transportation and ability to report to work on time daily
Must have a valid driver’s license
May be required to provide last three (3) years of motor vehicle history from the DMV
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Customer service-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help to ensure timely preparation and delivery of all Chick-fil-A Catering orders
Thorough check of catering orders prior to leaving the restaurant
Fostering new catering relationships within the community
Developing current and new customer base sales with upselling and regular contact
Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
Ensures sufficient catering supplies are maintained and available for orders
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
