Chick-fil-A Mall of America is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead all sales, marketing, and advertising at our location. The Marketing Director works closely with the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Mall of America and focuses on local marketing strategies to increase sales and involvement in the community. The Marketing Director understands, supports, and integrates Chick-fil-A’s values and mission statement in each event, promotion, and campaign.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates & executes a yearly marketing plan
Constantly generates new ways to advertise to target market
Tracks coupon redemption and analyzes promotion effectiveness
Responsible for building relationships throughout the community with clients in regards to our catering opportunities
Responsible for Chick-fil-A’s catering program and assist in fulfillment and execution of catering orders
Builds long-term relationships within the community
Offers samples of new products to customers
Stays informed of & executes market and corporate-level promotions
Organizes & advertises in-store family events
Designs creative for marketing promotions
Creates social media posts and monitors responses and page interactions
Processes donation requests
Exhibits professionalism in every situation
Must love to smile & connect with people, make eye contact & speak enthusiastically
Assists in deliveries & catering orders
Displays a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herself
Serves as a coach & mentor to others in the restaurant
Serves in the restaurant in Operations as needed
May be responsible for Operational and HR duties as assigned

Experienced in design programs, such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Publisher

Required Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license
May be required to provide motor vehicle history from the DMV
Must have valid auto insurance
Must be 18 or older
Experience in working in corporate/professional environments
Sales or Marketing experience
Proven ability to display high levels of professionalism, honor, dignity, and respect
Basic ability to organize and track completed work
Open Availability days, nights, and Saturdays
