    Chick-fil-A Mall of America is looking for an encouraging, joyful, and energetic person to join our team as the Guest Services Professional. The Guest Services Professional spends most of the time in the dining area taking our hospitality and service to the next level.

    Position Type: Part-Time

    Pay Type: $11 /hr depending on availability

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

    Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly

    Go the 2nd mile in taking care of guests who may require additional assistance

    Must be willing to learn and apply B.L.A.S.T. (believe, listen, apologize, solve, and thank you!) principle in addressing guest complaints. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions

    Maintains a clean dining area for Chick-fil-A Mall of America guests

    Refreshes beverages and provides guests with mints and hand wipes

    Interact with all guests, from children to adults

    Surprise and delight guests with treats for special occasions

    Must love to smile and connect with people

    Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

    Model and support clear communications between the front counter and dining room staff
