    Welcome to Chick-fil-A March Lane at I-5! We are so thankful to have the opportunity to serve our Stockton community and are always looking for others who would love to do the same. Please read over our responsibilities and requirements for our Team Leader position before applying. 

    Team Leader Responsibilities:

    Address and resolve guest concerns with a servant attitude 

    Work with peers/team of Directors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and break policy

    Create team layout to allow for smooth and efficient shift running

    Coach team members on the following behaviors: 

    • Hustle that creates a surprisingly fast Speed of Service

    • Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment 

    • Proactive leading and follow-up of team members responsibilities (i.e. cleaning)

    • Delivering Chick-fil-A’s Recipe for Service (Second Mile Service)

    Reconcile shift to shift accounting, including management of safe and cash tills

    Complete daily quality and safety checks (i.e. eRQA, SAFE daily critical)

    Maintain a culture of cleanliness and food safety 

    Confirm compliance with Chick-fil-A opening, transition, and closing standards

    Enforce rules and complete disciplinary action forms when rules are not followed

    Help maintain and grow our positive and fun work environment

    Team Leader Requirements: 

    • Availability allows for at least 38 scheduled hours per week 

    • Be available to work various hours needed to support the business (both day and evening hours), holidays and weekends (open availability Friday and Saturdays)

    • Must be available to work dependent on business needs / available to support the business and run shifts during unforeseen circumstances (another leader is on vacation, leave of absence or sick)

    • High school diploma. Some college preferred

    • 1+ years management experience required 

    • Align daily activities with restaurant vision

    • Takes initiative in finding opportunities of growth within the restaurant

    • Direct a sense of urgency and move with purpose

    • Display great communication skills

    • Coach effectively and give direction in a positive tone 

    • Show a competency to lead and help others

    This Development Program is a 60-90 day training plan that includes an introduction to our restaurant, learning of our values and culture, foundational knowledge of all operations, and completion of our Team Member and Team Leader training. Starting wage is $18/hour with an increase upon completion of program.
