Our Leadership Development Program is perfect for individuals looking to refine their leadership skills, and includes a personal timeline, an outline of our specific training path to leadership, and one-on-one leadership coaching and resources throughout the program. Upon completion, you’ll have experienced the Hospitality, Culinary, Operations, Marketing, and HR areas of our business and will have opportunities to advance into higher positions within our restaurant.

Required Qualifications:
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be available to work Fridays & Saturdays
Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
Basic computer competency
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs
Demonstrated leadership skills through previous work experience, education, and/or personal/professional references
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a leader in the front of house and back of house
Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Leadership Team
Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder
Assist with business goal development and implementation
Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Responsible for inventory & facilities management
Completes all required readings and internship curriculum
All other duties as assigned
