Summary of Position Responsibilities:

Serve all Guest with “Genuine Hospitality” to Win Hearts Every Day, while working in roles including but not limited to:

• Delivery Driver order verification and delivery to guests
• Mobile Order and 3rd Party Handoff
• Catering Order Intake, Preparation, Handoff and Delivery

Support Fast and Accurate Service by following Chick-fil-A routines and standards while taking, fulfilling, delivering, packaging, handing off and delivering orders.

Enrich the lives of our Guests while making connections and bringing joy through the “little things.”

Go Above and Beyond by anticipating Guest needs and taking initiative to assist guests in all areas in and beyond the restaurant.

Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment in all areas of the restaurant, the delivery vehicle and delivery bags and equipment.

Other duties as assigned
Drivers must

• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency.
• Attend to guest concerns, and anticipate guest needs that arise during a delivery.
• Comply with Driver Agreement.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Available to work Friday and Saturday
• Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required.
• be able to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5- 50 lbs).
• be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
• Driving Requirements:
  • be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience and a valid drivers license.
  • provide official driving record every 6 months.
  • sign an adhere to the Chick-fil-A at Monterey Road and Tully Road Driver Agreement and Safety Policy.
