Summary of Position Responsibilities:

Partner with Beyond the Restaurant Director to coordinate all aspects of Delivery, Catering and Beyond the Restaurant (BTR) systems to ensure success while upholding Chick-fil-A and Restaurant specific mission, goals and standards in the areas including but not limited to:

• Delivery Driver order verification and delivery to guests
• Mobile Order and 3rd Party Handoff
• Catering Order Intake, Preparation, Handoff and Delivery

Train Team Members to Serve all Guests “Genuine Hospitality”, “Great Food”, a “Clean and Safe Environment” and “Fast and Accurate Service” to Win Hearts Every Day by:

• Creating a high-energy atmosphere modeling a sense of urgency and elevated Chick-fil-A language.
• Leading by example, setting and maintaining standards, while going Above and Beyond for Guests and the Team.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with the BTR Team to role model expectations, in the Restaurant and on deliveries.

Partner with Beyond the Restaurant Director to Manage BTR Restaurant Resources including:

• Managing delivery cars’ maintenance, in compliance with lease agreements, including but not limited to oil changes, fueling and cleaning.
• Responsibly, efficiently, and expeditiously address all equipment (including vehicles and technology) and system needs to ensure we are able to serve our Guests by meeting their needs and expectations both inside and Beyond the Restaurant.
• Must meet qualifications to become a Chick-fil-A Monterey and Tully certified delivery driver.

Other Duties as Assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Available to work Friday and Saturday, a minimum of 30 hours per week, between 10 am and 8 pm.
• Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required.
• be able to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5- 50 lbs).
• be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand for extended periods of time.
• Driving Requirements:
  • be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience and a valid drivers license.
  • pass driving record check
  • sign the Chick-fil-A at Monterey Road and Tully Road Driver Agreement and Safety Policy.
