In 1967, Truett Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Today, Chick-fil-A has the highest same-store sales and is the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States based on annual system-wide sales.
Shannon Balderas is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A's Monterey Rd. and Tully Rd. location in San Jose. Before coming to Chick-fil-A in 2014, Shannon was a Lieutenant in the Houston Police Department and a District Assets Protection Team Leader for Target Corporation.
With over $12 million in annual sales, Chick-fil-A Monterey & Tully is one of the highest performing locations in the nation.

Chick-fil-A's SOAR Program is a leadership internship, designed to help future leaders like you start strong and launch into bright futures. SOAR Program participants spend 12 months gaining real world entrepreneurial and leadership experience by learning the ins and outs of operating a $12+ million business.
