    Chick-fil-A Marketing and Hospitality Team Member (Dual Role / Part Time), MetroCenter Location (North Nashville)Chick-fil-A MetroCenter is located at 2120 Rosa Parks Blvd, adjacent to Geico and Subway.

    Being a part of our Chick-fil-A MetroCenter Marketing and Hospitality teams (a dual role, part-time) requires a self-motivated individual with acumen and experience with social media and strategic marketing concepts along with the ability easily to establish rapport with guests.Position Type: Part-time (20-24 hours per week)Typical Schedule: 8/9am - 2pm (3-4 days Mon-Fri), includes serving as dining area host during our busiest hours (typically noon - 1:30 pm).Note: There is the possibility that this position could expand to a full-time position if the ideal candidate is willing to work more extensively in Front of House operations (Point of Sale, etc.).

    Duties and Responsibilities (Marketing):

    • In collaboration with our Marketing Team, create and execute both short-term and long-term marketing plans, including social media platforms.- Must be social media adept.- Develop, build, and maintain relationships in the community to benefit our location's sales and marketing exposure, including with local schools.

    • Distribute food samples to local businesses throughout the community (MetroCenter is located in a business center). Be "the face and presence of Chick-fil-A" in our immediate community.- Innovatively and constantly generate new ways to advertise to our target market.- Analyze promotion effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Offer samples of new products to customers.- Stay informed of and execute corporate-level promotions. - Organize & advertise in-store family events.- Design creative marketing promotions.- Creatively upkeep our community board (located in the dining area).- Create social media posts and monitor responses and page interactions.

    • Decorate for holidays.- Process donation requests.- Exhibit professionalism in every situation.

    Duties and Responsibilities (Hospitality):

    • In collaboration with our Hospitality Team, interact with guests in the dining area while also focusing on maintaining and improving the cleanliness and presentation of our dining room (may including cleaning tables, sweeping the floor, updating table adornments on a regular basis, and emptying waste receptacles).

    • Must love to smile and connect with people, making eye contact and speaking enthusiastically.- Be willing to work operationally in the restaurant on the hospitality end in order to drive sales through guest interactions.

    • Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.- Execute hospitality in the dining room by ensuring all guests receive prompt and continual care.- Maintain a calm and welcoming demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests.
