    POSITION: Human Resources Manager POSITION TYPE: Part-time (full-time possibility if combined with part-time Front of House hours)

    LOCATION: Chick-fil-A MetroCenter, 2120 Rosa Parks Blvd., Nashville, TN COMPENSATION: $16-$18 / hour (commensurate with experience)

    DESCRIPTION:

    • Main Responsibility: Oversee all standard office operations, including Human Resources responsibilities.

    • Payroll: Ensure that payroll for team members is administered accurately on a bi-weekly basis. - IRA: Help implement and facilitate coordination of new Individual Retirement Account program for team members. - Invoices: Oversee timely bill payment and organization of invoices.

    • Onboarding: Ensure that new team members have hiring forms matriculated properly and I-9 verification administered.

    • Uniforms: Order and organize team member uniforms.

    • Office Management: Organize and file company documents, order office supplies as needed.

    • Labor Law Documentation: Ensure that all documents related to labor law requirements are filed correctly.

    REQUIREMENTS: - Highly organized - Acute attention to detail - Punctual - Servant spirit - Alignment with Chick-fil-A culture and values - Team player - Able to manage multiple projects in a timely manner

    • Must have reliable transportation - Chick-fil-A experience not required. Experience in office management and human resources preferred. The Human Resources Office Manager position is a direct report to the Executive Director.
