CHICK-FIL-A TEAM MEMBER (DAY ONLY) CUSTOMER SERVICE (FRONT OF HOUSE) TENNESSEE TOWER LOCATION (GOVERNMENT BUILDING) 312 ROSA PARKS BLVD, NASHVILLE, TN MON- FRI (NO SATURDAYS, NO SUNDAYS) DAY SHIFT ENDS NO LATER THAN 3 PM. We'd enjoy getting to know you better at Chick-fil-A Tennessee Tower!  We're looking for adult (age 18+) team members who will enhance our Front of House Customer Service Day experience by reflecting Chick-fil-A core values as they interact with guests at Point of Sale. The Tennessee Tower location does not have a drive thru. Shift Schedules: 6 am - 3 pm / 7 am - 2 pm / 10 am - 2 pm (day shift ends no later than 3 pm) Full-Time or Part-Time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Greeting and Serving guest with our Recipe for Service . . .

• Ensure guest are served promptly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and be fluid
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
