Position Overview:

Hours: Full Time

Starting pay: $15-$16 hourly

We are seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Chick-fil-A team members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. As a representative of Chick-fil-A, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Chick-fil-A by providing genuine hospitality to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and portion sizes to effectively assist guests with their orders and answer questions.
3. Prepare and package food orders accurately and efficiently to meet quality and presentation standards.
4. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handwashing techniques, temperature monitoring, and equipment maintenance.
5. Proactively engage with guests, anticipating their needs, resolving any issues, and checking for satisfaction.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent customer service skills, displaying a positive and friendly attitude.
3. Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:
The work environment is fast-paced and may require standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Team members will be exposed to heat, cold, and noise from kitchen equipment and may be required to work in close quarters with other employees.
