Job Type: Seasonal (May-August), part time- up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Chick-fil-A Noblesville is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Summer Seasonal Front and Back of House Team Members. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our guests while working in a fast-paced environment with a "play to win" mentality.

As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, bagging and serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and drive-thru areas. You will need to work both inside and outside in all seasons, and be able to adapt to changing work environments. Our commitment to 2nd mile service means you'll need to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a remarkable experience every time they visit.

As a Back of House team member, you'll be responsible for preparing food, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen, and ensuring that every order is prepared to perfection. You will need to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively with team members. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where every second counts, and the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.
