We are looking for team members willing to serve the team and their community in an energetic and fast paced environment. Our team members come from all over the community and are united by their desire to grow both professionally and personally and by their commitment to leaving a positive impact on all they interact with. If selected for front of house, your day to day responsibilities will include serving guests in drive thru and front counter, stocking, customer service, and problem solving. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled shift
• Complete all Pathway training modules
• Be in complete uniform
• Exhibit the Core Values of Chick-fil-A Lake Nona
• Day team members must be available until at least 5pm, five days a week, one of the five days must be Saturday
• Night team members must be available from 4pm until 11pm three weeknights, Friday, and Saturday.
