Must be comfortable working outside
Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

Customer Service-Oriented
Responsibilities:
Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Operating the registers or iPads at the drive thru, or at the front counter when needed
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
Learn all positions, including headset and ordertaker, monitor or bagging, and window
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
