    Career Opportunity and Salary

    We offer positions ranging from Shift Leader to Director with baseline salaries ranging between $17 to $20/hr.

    The rate of pay may increase based on experience. Bi-lingual leaders have an additional increase added to their pay. Certain positions have profit-sharing opportunity.

    Leadership Development

    Our leaders are provided weekly and monthly leadership development time outside of the operation to learn and grow, and to connect as a team.     Realistic scheduling approach

    We understand that you have many priorities. Life isn’t just about work! We provide flexible scheduling to allow leaders to pursue outside interests and family time. Leaders are not required to work overtime and have every Sunday off for rest and relaxation. While we ask that our leaders work at least one early shift, one mid, and one closing shift per week, the specific day that this occurs is negotiable- with personal needs taken into consideration. Saturdays are the busiest day of the week for Chick-fil-A and we require our employees to work a portion of this day unless they are on approved time-off.
