    Summary

Managers oversee all the day-to-day operations of the business and ensure that every aspect of the business is running smoothly - the kitchen, drive thru, front counter, hospitality, catering, etc.

Essential to the success of the manager is strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and follow up skills, the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and share the store’s vision and goals. Our managers are active in the business, rolling up their sleeves and leading by example.

We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about serving guests, their team, and their community. Passionate, as in, can't wait to get to work and serve our guests and serve our team! Chick-fil-A is renowned for providing unmatched customer service for our guests, and managers must lead in this charge.

    The Chick-fil-A Employment Difference

Chick-fil-A has highest average sales volume of any quick service or fast casual chain. As you can imagine, this means we work in a very fast paced environment. It's invigorating, but most likely more challenging than anything you have previously faced. Chick-fil-A of Olney is locally owned and operated by Erik Amick, who has 7 years of experience as a Chick-fil-A franchisee and a prior careers in Marketing and Ministry. You will see him in the restaurant and community almost daily and receive one-on-one personal development from Erik. Most likely the biggest difference between this opportunity and your current job is that we are very intentional in helping leaders grow. You aren't left to just figure it out on your own. Erik wants you to grow in your role to become a store director or to become a Chick-fil-A franchisee someday. Chick-fil-A opens over 100 restaurants per year and the majority of new franchisees come out of leadership from current Chick-fil-A restaurants. Maybe this is the beginning of your journey to own your own franchise!
