Must be 16+
Must be comfortable using a cash register

Customer Service-Oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts Team Member and Leadership interviews with candidates
Serves as a liaison between our restaurant and our talent recruiting firm
Assists with the Orientation Program & presents information to new employees
Manages the on-boarding system, equips new Team Members with new hire materials, and tracks completion
Handles all employee documentation
Communicates new policies, procedures, and updates to employees
Exhibits a positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist leadership in executing opening procedures
Trained and willing to assist in all front-of-house or back-of-house operations
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Complete all tasks as assigned
