REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 16+

• Must be comfortable using a cash register

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

• Customer Service-Oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts Team Member and Leadership interviews with candidates

• Serves as a liaison between our restaurant and our talent recruiting firm

• Assists with the Orientation Program & presents information to new employees

• Manages the on-boarding system, equips new Team Members with new hire materials, and tracks completion

• Handles all employee documentation

• Communicates new policies, procedures, and updates to employees

• Exhibits a positive and serving attitude with a warm personality 

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

• Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening procedures

• Trained and willing to assist in all front-of-house or back-of-house operations

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Complete all tasks as assigned
