RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Orchestrate remarkable experiences for guests by providing attentive, caring service across all circumstances. 

•  Operate with speed and precision to provide accurate orders and fulfill requests for guests.

• Fulfill daily operational needs in a growing, reputable business.

• Enhance the operation of the business by identifying problems and presenting solutions to key leaders. Move through your day with an innovative spirit.

• Contribute to a refreshingly clean, contagiously positive environment for team and guests.

• Engage in store-wide goals set and pursued by fellow team.

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority

• Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time

• Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.

Job opportunities as Customer Service/FOH Team Member are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
