JOB OVERVIEW
This role is a critical component of our team, ensuring that Chick-fil-A South Durham is successful in the following areas:
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all time
Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Keep up-to-date with new products
Follow all food safety procedures
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
Requirements:
Must have some Saturday availability
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Customer service-oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
