We are seeking a Catering Representative to deliver catering orders, develop professional relationships with local businesses, and continue to drive catering sales. The Catering Representative must be 18 or older, outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic, a team player and must love to serve others in a professional environment.

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older

Must be available to work Saturdays

Reliable transportation to report to work daily

Must have a valid driver’s license

May be required to provide last three (3) years of motor vehicle history from the DMV

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace

Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Customer service oriented

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

Must love to smile and connect with people

Assist the catering team with catering and delivery responsibilities

Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staffs

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Follow sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all Chick-fil-A Catering orders

Thorough check of catering orders prior to leaving the restaurant

Assist with all food preparation and set up when required

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Schedule:

Catering Hours: Flexible hours between Monday through Friday, Saturdays preferred.
