The Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service by creating a warm and welcoming dining experience through heartfelt hospitality. This position involves greeting guests, managing the dining area, and assisting with various guest needs.

Responsibilities:

- Create remarkable experiences for our guests through Genuine Hospitality

- Ensure a fun, clean & excellent guest service and satisfaction

- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management

- Oversee the proper setup and maintenance of the dining room area

- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth food service operations

Requirements:

- An excellent attention to detail and organization

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
