Administrative Assistant Morning Part Time
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Owner/Operator to complete various tasks and assist with processing emails, purchase orders and calendars. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to learn new skills quickly. This individual will report directly to the business owner and offer administrative support.
Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Create document templates and design new marketing materials
Process incoming mail and shipments
Conduct employee file audits including I-9, W-4, and on-boarding paperwork
Manage and organize employee files
Reconcile credit card expenses
Review and update legal contracts
Bi weekly payroll processing and W-2 Distribution
Respond to guest comments/concerns in a timely manner
Assist the business owner in administrative duties and managing a calendar
Process emails and phone calls on behalf of the business owner
Act as a liaison between Corporate communications and the business
Manage third-party vendor relations
Update operating hours and public online profile as needed
Manage business expenses and bill pay
Assist in operations or catering order fulfillment as necessary
Assist in lunchtime operations each day between 11:30am-1:30pm.
The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the leadership and health of our organization.
Experience/Education:
Graphic design experience
Preferred 5+ years in administrative assistance
Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Some familiarity with the Google apps platform, Slack and Trello
Preferred: bilingual

This role will average 20-25 hours/week, typically between the hours of 8:30am-1:30pm.
