This Manager (Front or Back) is responsible for:
1). Self-Development
a) Encouraged to oversee a personal development plan in the following areas (Emotional, Spiritual, Physical, and Professional/Business including but not limited too)
b) Encourage ongoing education within your area (Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Kitchen, etc.)
c) Creating a Life Plan (identifying purpose, short term/long term goals, relationship investment, etc.)
d) Creating/Writing/Sharing your story, being impactful and influential to those around you.
2). People Development
Overseeing all people development within your particular shift (including but not limited too)
a) Mentors Team Members and Trainers in the following areas:
Organization
Planning
Effective Communication
Delegating Responsibilities
Embrace Change
Monitoring Restaurant Culture Alignment
b) Creating and facilitating coaching documents on at least (2) Team Members on a weekly basis.
c) Addresses Employee Behavioral Issues with proper documentation
d) Monitors ongoing training of Team Members
e) Frequently meet with assigned Director, be open to/request feedback pertaining to overall performance.
3). Business Development
Overseeing all operations & accountability within your particular shift (including but not limited too)
a) Ensures Employee Alignment-Restaurant Mission & CORE Values
b) Executes food safety assessments
c) Leads Team Members with confidence.
d) Understands Risks Curve (when to take/when not to take)
e) Ensures high productivity is accomplished each shift.
f) Understands and is actively supporting healthy Food & Labor Costs.
g) Holds other Managers and leaders accountable to business results.
h) Running breaks and ensure Team Members feel cared for and rejuvenated.

Work a minimum of (35) hours per week in the restaurant.
Maintain availability to be able to work at least 5 opening/closing shifts on a weekly basis.
Oblige to restrictions of time off requests on a quarterly basis.

Preferred Experience:
3+ years in back of house/kitchen leadership or have equivalent leadership experience
Experience leading a team of 10+ people
Some familiarity with the Google apps platform, Slack and Trello
High school education or equivalent
Preferable: Bilingual; Experience with equipment maintenance and repair
