Responsible for Back of House operations depending on area of assignment including: making biscuits, eggs, and hashbrowns

Learning and absorbing everything possible in order to perform job duties at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time.

Serves as a subject matter expert for guest relations, serving guests in the area to which assigned.

Be obsessed with Food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed & accuracy, pathway training and serving guests the CFASTAUG WAY!
