QUALIFICATIONS / EXPECTATIONS

• Must be available at least 20 hours per week. Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Provide a personalized customer experience to every guest ensuring our “Recipe for Service” standard is met
• Effectively execute our “Core 4” with each and every guest contact
• Maintain a sense of urgency as tasks are assigned and as we serve our guests
• Possess a positive attitude throughout each shift
• Able to solve problems and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for entire shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation
