Responsibilities:
Serve in day to day Operations
Build Great Team Culture
Demonstrate knowledge of Brand
Continually remind the kitchen how important their roles are to create "REMARK"able guest experiences.
Ensure that all Chick-fil-A procedures and recipes are being followed
Be certified in food Safety and ensure all food safety requirements are being followed
Ensure that Daily Critical Assessments and RQA’s are 100% complete each day
Use the assessments to coach and develop the Kitchen team
Ensure that chicken tracking is being done correctly
Order inventory
Ensure that entire Kitchen and storage area is clean and organized at all times
Lead the training for all team members in the kitchen to make sure they are fully trained on all policies and procedures
Assist leaders to ensure food safety and speed of service standards are met on a daily basis
Ensure that equipment maintenance is being done correctly and consistently using the maintenance calendar
