    Role Summary

    Shift Leaders are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include:

    Execute operational excellence– Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.

    Deliver 2ndMile Service– Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.

    Activate Emotional Connections– Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.

    Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment.

    General Responsibilities

    Shift Leader responsibilities include:

    Opens and closes the restaurant

    Count and verify drawers

    Develops Team Leaders

    Directs our shifts

    Identify, analyze, and solve issues that arise in a fast-paced environment

    Maximizes productivity in the restaurant– Makes sure that every area of the restaurant is running efficiently

    Requirements

    Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week

    Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
